Eligibility
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- Home must have a suitable rooftop.
- Valid electricity connection required.
- Should not have availed any previous solar subsidy.
Application Process
- Register on the official PM Surya Ghar portal.
- Enter state, DISCOM, consumer number & mobile.
- Submit rooftop solar application.
- Get DISCOM feasibility approval.
- Install rooftop solar with authorized vendors.
- Apply for net-metering & inspection.
- Submit commissioning & bank details.
- Receive subsidy within 30 days.
